Making Fitness Fun

As a professional Personal Trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health. There is no one same plan for everybody. You are unique and I treat your body from that approach.

In addition to my Personal Training and Group Fitness Certifications, I hold certifications on Barre, Mat Pilates, TRX Suspension System, Kickboxing, Spinning. I add these qualifications to my trainings as there are many more aspects in fitness than just strength training and muscle building, such as balance, flexibility, endurance, alignment.

Dance is and will always be my passion. I hold private lessons on different dance formats such as Salsa, Bachata and Merengue. Whether adding them to your workouts or as private sessions, dance is my favorite cardio activity and I would love to share that with you!
